With our new Waitlist feature, you can now automatically fill last-minute cancellations without any phone calls, making it easier for patients to find earlier appointments when a better time becomes available.

Request reviews for individual providers

Does your practice have providers with their own Google Business listing? Now you can include provider-specific URLs in your review requests, encouraging patients to leave reviews for individual providers looking to build their professional brand.

Automatically import visits booked up to a year out
Available to ModMed and Nextech Select clients.

NextPatient’s real-time integration enhances practice management system functionality, and now clients utilizing ModMed and Nextech Select can automatically import visits into NextPatient that are booked up to a year out. 

This allows patients booking far in advance to:

  • Receive appointment confirmation immediately upon booking
  • Complete check-in digitally
  • Add themselves to Waitlist
