NextPatient’s implementation was a game changer, as the interface allows patients to schedule appointments online. It not only helped to increase patient satisfaction, it also helped to reduce the workload for the team. We also utilize appointment-specific reminders, and since there is not a direct link included in the text messages, they are not blocked by the cell phone carriers. These custom reminders allow us to send pre- and post-care instructions, which significantly improved the communication with patients and drove the no- show rates down. When it comes to support, Josh has been wonderful. He understands our needs and works with us to customize the system to our needs and wants.
