NextPatient is by far and away the best scheduling app on the marketplace. When we first signed with DrChrono and began implementation, we knew we would have to also add a self-scheduling partner to fully meet our online patient self-scheduling needs for our multi-location acupuncture practice. In my previous life ,I managed a trading desk for a $13 billion asset management firm in Manhattan and have managed more software implementations than I care to remember. Given my experience, I looked at every single partner on the DrChrono marketplace, and ended up actually implementing three solutions and comparing the best two side by side (one for each of our locations) for an entire year. Don't let the simple UI or lack of bait and switch features fool you, NextPatient is by far the most flexible/customizable solution on the DrChrono Marketplace. Implementation was exceptionally quick, easy, and most importantly, the software and integration has been rock solid. I can't say that about the other solutions I tried.
