NextPatient has a new look
This independent research report found that 94% of the customers KLAS spoke with would buy NextPatient again.
The system is user-friendly, and the customer service that we have had since the initial phone calls has been nothing short of fantastic. The system is easy to use from the consumer side as well. We can take a lot of ownership in how it functions, but we don’t have to. There is also great support if we choose not to be proactive. I can’t really say anything negative. The system has been fantastic.
